June 8-14 (Days 8-14): The “Raw” Phase

In this phase, you will ingest only raw foods. Although most people are aware of the benefits of fruits and vegetables, few realize that the act of cooking creates and releases toxins including several carcinogens. During the next 7 days, you will be giving your body a break from these harmful substances and further cleansing your body. I know this sounds hard, but let’s keep in mind this is why we call this a CHALLENGE!!
