Days 1-7:The “Vegan” Phase
– In this phase, you will abstain from processed foods, sugar, gluten, meat, dairy and eggs, and alcohol. The elimination of these specific foods from your diet will halt the toxin-producing process and prepare your body for the reversal and cleansing of already stored toxins in the subsequent phases.
Diet: vegan; fruits and veggies (cooked)
Days 8-14: The “Raw” Phase
– In this phase, you will ingest only raw foods. Although most people are aware of the benefits of fruits and vegetables, few realize that the act of cooking creates and releases toxins including several carcinogens. During the next 7 days, you will be giving your body a break from these harmful substances and further cleansing your body.
Diet: raw fruits and veggies
Days 15-21: The “Deep Clean” Phase
– This phase consists of only liquified substinance. This deepest stage of cleansing is designed to give your digestive system a break from processing and detoxifying food. During this phase you will get the most benefits of the cleanse as you will rid yourself of extra adipose tissue (fat) and loose cravings for foods with empty calories.
