#GETFIT500 Workout: Weeks 7-8 (THE HOME STRETCH)

#GETFIT500 Weeks 7 and 8 (THE HOME STRETCH): Remember this challenge’s workouts are about the reps. Weeks 7 and 8 we are once again taking it to the next level. We will do a circuit of 25 reps of 5 exercises for 4 rounds, for a total of 500 reps. The circuit is as follows:

Week 7-8 (5 exercises x 25 reps x 4 rounds = 500 reps of each exercise)

1. Skaters
2. Bicep curl to shoulder press
3. Crossover climbers (left + right = 1)
4. Crossover lunge to high knee raise
5. Russian twists (left + right = 1)

Check out the video showing you the proper form for each of these exercises so you can maximize the full benefits of the burn.
