In response to some of the feedback I have been receiving, here are some modifications I came up with that might be helpful to you guys. Keep in mind this challenge is meant to be difficult so it’s going to burn and it’s going to hurt, but you will get better and stronger with each workout.
- Split into 2 workouts: Instead of 4 rounds of exercises. Do 2 rounds at different times during the day for a total of 2 workouts.
- Less reps: I would rather you use proper form to do as many reps as possible so do the same 4 rounds, but only half of the reps. With this option you can also do a 2nd workout later to get in the total reps for the challenge.
